(2) The applicant has filed this application for correction/modification in order dated 03.10.2016 passed in WP(S) No.5430 of 2016. (3) Learned counsel appearing for the parties submit that in para-2 of the order dated 03.10.2016, Coal India Limited has been mentioned whereas, it is South Eastern Coalfields Limited and therefore, same may be corrected.

(4) In view of above, it is directed that in place of Coal India Limited

it be read as South Eastern Coalfields Limited in order dated 03.10.2016 passed in WP(S) No.5430 of 2016. Other contents of order dated 03.10.2016 shall remain intact.

(5) With the aforesaid clarification, the MCC stands finally disposed of.

(6) Certified copy as per rules.
