1. Heard.

2. The petitioner has preferred this writ petition seeking the relief to quash the impugned transfer order dated 13.07.2018 (Annexure P-1) passed by District Education Officer, Rajnandgaon.

3. The petitioner is working as Lecturer (Panchayat) and posted at

Government Higher Secondary School, Thelkadih, Block Khairagarh, District Rajnandgaon.

4. Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the instant writ petition may be disposed of directing respondent No.4 to decide her pending representation dated 18.07.2018 (Annexure P-4) within stipulated time. He would further submit that the respondent authorities may be directed not to take any coercive steps against the petitioner till the disposal of the representation.

5. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case and submission made by counsel for the petitioner, the instant writ petition is disposed of with this direction that respondent No. 4 shall decide the pending representation of the petitioner dated 18.07.2018 (Annexure P-4) expeditiously preferable within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order in accordance with law and procedure; and further taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant any interim relief in favour of the petitioner.

6. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
