1. The applicant herein was admitted to the privilege of regular bail by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Manendragarh under Section 437 of the CrPC for offence under Section 34 (1) (a) and 34(2) of the Chhattisgarh Excise Act, 1915. On revision being preferred by the State, order granting bail was set-aside by the revisional Court, against which, this petition under Section 482 of the CrPC has been preferred by the applicant herein.

2. This Court while entertaining the petition on 21.12.2015 stayed the order of the revisional Court, meaning thereby order cancelling bail is remained inoperative.

3. It is stated at the Bar that trial is at the stage of conclusion.

4. In view of above, the trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. During that period, interim order dated 21.12.2015 shall remain in operation.

5. With the aforesaid observation, the CrMP stands disposed of. A copy
