No.01 for condonation of delay in filing the MCC. For the reasons assigned in the said application and finding them to be satisfactory, I.A. No.01 is allowed and the delay of 211 days in filing the MCC stands condoned.

Also heard the MCC on merits.

It has been preferred seeking for restoration of MAC No.1614/2017 which got dismissed by a peremptory order passed on 27.11.2017. Considering the reasons and contents assigned therein, the present MCC is allowed and it is directed that subject to the applicant depositing cost of Rs.5,000/- to be paid to the Chhattisgarh High Court (Middle Income Group) Legal Aid Society, MAC No.1614/2017 shall stand restored to its original number.
