The present MCC has been filed seeking for modification of the order dated 20.06.2019 passed in WPS No. 4377 of 2019. 2.

The Modification sought for is to the extent that the initial date of appointment got wrongly typed as 21.09.2016 where as it should be 21.09.2011.

The State Government does not dispute the same on verifying the records of the writ petition.

Accordingly the MCC stands allowed. The order dated 20.06.2019 in WPS No. 4377 of 2019 stands modified to the extent that the initial date of appointment shall be read as "21.09.2011" instead of "21.09.2016".

With the aforesaid modification, the present MCC stands allowed. 6.
