1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has made complaint to the Collector, Raipur for redressal of his grievance relating to the tank which has been allotted to him for three years that has not been considered and decided by the Collector.

2. The Collector, Raipur shall decide the petitioner's application and take a decision on the same, in accordance with law, within 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the aforesaid direction, the petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
