1. The grievance of the petitioner raised in this petition is that his application for grant of compassionate appointment on the death of the deceased Shobhnath Tiwari has not been finalized.
2. The contention of the petitioner is that he is adopted son of deceased Shobhnath Tiwari and is otherwise related to deceased as his nephew. He submits that the deceased employee since was issueless, the petitioner was adopted by the deceased employee and therefore he is entitled for compassionate appointment.
3. A perusal of records would show that the claim of the petitioner has till date not been finalized. Under the circumstances, this court is of the opinion that no fruitful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. Rather, ends of justice would meet if a direction is given to the respondents Krishi Upaj Mandi Samiti, Kasdol, to ensure that the claim of the petitioner for compassionate appointment is decided at the
earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
4. It is ordered accordingly.
5. It shall be the responsibility of the petitioner to bring the order of this court to the notice of the respondent No.3.
