The counsel for the petitioner submits that the limited grievance of the petitioner is the inaction on the part of the respondent no. 2 to decide the application for mutation of land bearing Khasra No. 662/2 and Khasra No. 1140/5 measuring 0.632 and 0.769 hectare respectively at Village: Nagoi, P.H. No. 26, Tahsil & District: Bilaspur.

2. Shri Raghvendra Verma, learned State counsel submits that let the writ petition be disposed off directing the respondent no. 2 to decide the matter within a period of four weeks.

3. As submitted by learned State counsel, the writ petition stands disposed

-2off directing the respondent no. 2 to decide the application for mutation within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this Order.
