Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that since the order under challenge in WPS No.4921/2011, in respect of which, the interim order was granted on 31.01.2012 has already been withdrawn, this Court is of the view that the subsequent order dated 21.10.2016C/5 read with order dated 22.10.2016-C/6 is a fresh cause of action, which is required to be appealed in a separate writ petition. 3.
