The applicant has preferred this bail application under Section 439 of the CrPC, as she has been arrested in connection with Crime No.65/2020, registered at Police Station Rajim, District Gariyaband (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 302 of Indian Penal Code.

2. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this appeal with liberty to move after examination of the material witnesses.

3. No Objection from other side.

4. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as stated (supra).
