1. This is second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking grant of regular bail to the applicant in connection with Crime No.21/2016 registered at Police Station Patna, Distt. Korea (C.G) for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 364, 450 & 34 of IPC.

2. The earlier bail application of this applicant was dismissed as withdrawn on 19.07.2016 at the request of learned counsel for the applicant.

3. On a specific query being made as to why the earlier bail application was dismissed as withdrawn no reason has been assigned.

4. Perused the order dated 19.07.2016 whereby the earlier bail application i.e., M.Cr.C.No.3776 of 2016 was dismissed as withdrawn in respect of the present applicant.

5. Learned counsel for the applicant is not able to substantiate the ground what is the change of circumstances after

passing the order dated 19.07.2016. In view of this, I am not inclined to entertain this second bail application. Accordingly it is rejected.
