1. Perused the jail report dated 12.02.2020, received from Central Jail, Raipur (C.G.) wherein, it has been reported that the Appellant has already been released from jail on 01.12.2014 after completion of his entire jail sentence imposed upon him by the Trial Court.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Appellant submits that he doesn't want to press this appeal.

3. In view of the above submission, the instant appeal is dismissed as not pressed.
