1. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file revision before the revisional authority.

If revision is filed by the petitioner before the revisional authority, the said authority will do well and expedite the disposal of revision in accordance with law, preferably within three months from the date of presentation of revision after noticing the parties and after service of notice to the other side. The petitioner is also at liberty to file application for condonation of delay in filing the revision before that authority.
