1. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that this petition may be disposed off with a direction to the trial Court to conclude the trial expeditiously as the accused in jail since 9.8.2015.

2. Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

3. Accordingly, the petition stands disposed off. The trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible preferably within period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
