Agrawal Order On Board / 11 /201 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that petitioner's application for compassionate appointment is pending consideration since 31.10.2005 and the same has not been decided till date and, therefore, a direction may be issued to the respondent No. 2 to decide the petitioner's application for compassionate appointment within the specific time frame. To which, counsel for the State has no objection.

(2) Prayer appears to be fair & reasonable.

(3) Be that as it may, the respondent No. 2 is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's application for compassionate appointment expeditiously preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order in accordance with law. (4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
