2. After arguing some time, learned Counsel for the Applicants submits that he wants to withdraw the instant revision. However, he seeks liberty to file a fresh application under Section 319 before the Trial Court after examination of investigating officer of the case.

3. In view of the above submission, the instant revision is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
