(1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has made application for revocation of order of suspension before the competent authority, which has not been considered & decided till now and, therefore, he may be permitted to file fresh representation before the competent authority and the same may be directed to be decided expeditiously.

(2) Prayer appears to be fair & reasonable.

(3) Be that as it may, if the petitioner prefers fresh representation before the competent authority within a period of 10 days from today, the same is expected to be decided by the authority concerned expeditiously in accordance with law.

(4) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
