1. Learned State counsel would inform that the petitioner has already been terminated on 06.08.2016, therefore, the petitioner is required to prefer an appeal against the said order of termination.

2. In view of the statement made in the return, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to prefer an appeal challenging the order of termination. If such appeal is preferred within 30 days from today, the appellate authority shall decide the appeal on its own merits without raising objection as to the limitation.
