(2) This is the second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.733/2015 registered at Police Station Ambikapur, District Surguja, for the offence punishable under Section 20(B) of the Narcotics Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

(3) The applicant's first bail application was dismissed on merit by order of this Court dated 09.05.2016 passed in M.Cr.C. No.1791/2016.

(4) After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, I do not consider it is a fit case to entertain this second bail application. Consequently, the second bail application is rejected. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible.
