1. The limited relief that the petitioner has sought in the present writ petition is for an appropriate direction to the respondents 5 to 10 to take appropriate steps in insuring compliance of the order dated 18.05.2021 (Annexure P-1) passed by the respondent no.8 so far as the releasing of House Rent Allowance quantified vide the said order dated 18.05.2021 is concerned.

2. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the respondents 5 to 10 to take an appropriate decision on Annexure P-1 dated 18.05.2021 passed by the respondent no.8, at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. This Court does not find any good reason at least from the pleadings why the order Annexure P-1 should not be complied with unless the same has been withdrawn, modified or recalled by any superior authorities.
