The present MCC has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 6.10.2020 passed by this Court in WPC No. 2259/2020. 2.

The modification sought for is to the extent that inadvertently in the said order the appellate authority has been reflected as "District Collector" whereas it ought to have been "Commissioner".

The modification sought for is not opposed by the learned State Counsel 4.

Accordingly, the MCC is allowed to the extent that the in the order dated 6.10.2020, passed in WPC No. 2259/2020, wherein the term "District Collector" is reflected, it shall be read as "Commissioner". 5.

Since the ten days' stipulated time given in the order dated 6.10.2020 has since been lapsed, the Applicant is granted further ten days' time in preferring an appeal before the Commissioner. 6.

The order of status-quo earlier granted, to continue for another period of 10 days.

Let a copy of this order be made a part of the records of WPC No. 2259/2020.
