1. Aggrieved by the impugned order Annexure P-1, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. Vide the impugned order, the petitioner who is substantively a Patwari, her place of posting has been shifted from PH No.8, Zorapali, Tehsil Raigarh to PH No.4 Kachhar, Tehsil, Raigarh.

3. The challenge is to the order on the ground that petitioner's place of posting has been frequently shifted in the recent past itself on 2-3 occasions i.e. vide earlier order dated 19.08.2021 and again on 14.07.2021.

4. Given the fact that the distance between the two place of posting as is reflected from Annexure P-1, P-2 & P-4, this Court is of the opinion that the distances are too short a distance which could otherwise cause personal

-2inconvenience to the petitioner on the shifting of place of posting. Nonetheless, if at all if the petitioner has got any personal grievances, the petitioner has a right to represent before the concerned authority. The pleadings would show that petitioner vide Annexure P-5 dated 07.09.2021 has already made a representation to the respondent no.2. The writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the respondent no.2 to take appropriate decision considering the entire contentions that the petitioner has raised in her representation Annexure P-5.

5. Let an appropriate decision be taken at the earliest preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
