Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has made representation before the Collector, Korba raising his grievance which is pending consideration since 13.10.2015 and has not been decided till date. 2.

Be that as it may, the Collector, Korba is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's representation for redresssal of his grievance, expeditiously.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
