1. Heard counsel for the parties.
2. The petitioner has preferred this writ petition seeking the relief to direct the respondent authorities to consider her case for regularization.
3. The petitioner is working as Lecturer (Panchayat) and posted at Government Higher Secondary School, Chetba, Block Kansabel, District Jashpur.
4. Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner may be permitted to file the representation before respondent No.2 for redressal of her grievances and instant writ petition may be
disposed of with the direction that the respondent No.2 shall decide such representation within a stipulated time.
5. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case and submission made by the counsel for the petitioner, the instant writ petition is disposed of with this direction that the petitioner may file representation before the respondent No.2 for redressal of her grievances within 10 days from today. If such representation is filed by the petitioner before the respondent No.2, in that event respondent No.2 shall decide such representation expeditiously preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of representation in accordance with law and procedure.
6. It is made clear that this Court has not touched the merits of the case.
