Learned counsel for the petitioner at this moment seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the instant petition with the liberty to make a fresh representation to Respondent No. 3 for compassionate appointment.

In view of the above submission made the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. However, the petitioner shall further be at liberty to challenge the order if cause of action arises in future.
