This is the transfer petition filed by the wife/petitioner under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 for transferring Civil Suit No.F102A/2019 filed under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 pending before the Family Court Raigarh to Family Court, Bilaspur (CG).

The petitioner is working at Rajnandgaon while the respondent is working at Mahasamund. The only question for consideration before this Court is at whose inconvenience should be preferred for transferring the case.

Learned counsel for both the parties submit that both the parties agreed that the case may be transferred to the Court at Bilaspur.

Accordingly, present petition is allowed. Civil Suit No.F102A/2019 filed under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act which is pending before the Family Court Raigarh is directed to be transferred to Principal Judge Family Court Bilaspur with immediate effect. The Court at Raigarh shall transmit the record of the above mentioned case to the Court at Bilaspur. 5.
