1. Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed by respondent No.4 and, as such, the instant writ petition has become infructuous. He would further submit that liberty may be granted to the petitioner to file fresh petition, if any cause of action further arises in future.

2. Liberty is granted as prayed for.

3. Accordingly the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous with the aforesaid liberty.
