Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board / 0 1 /201 (1) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that one month time was initially granted to the petitioner for his treatment and he has been released on bail for one month. Now, the petitioner has been operated at Nagpur (M.H.), therefore, for taking proper care and treatment for his disease, the period of bail may be extended for a period of further one month. (2) Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the documents filed, the period of bail is extended and now the petitioner will surrender on 27.02.2017.

(3) The petition is allowed in part.
