Mr. Anshuman Shrivastava, P.L.

Hon'ble Shri Justice Goutam Bhaduri Order on Board 29.07.2019 Heard 1.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier the petitioner was working at Primary School, Kumharpara and by order dated 19.09.2017 the petitioner has been promoted as Upper Division Teacher and posted at Middle School Nagarnar Distt. Bastar. However, by impugned order dated 03.07.2019 (Annexure P-2), the petitioner has wrongly been shown to be attached to middle

school at Kumharpara and she has been directed to be relieved from Middle School Nagarnar. He submits that as per Annexure P-3, the petitioner is presently working at middle school, Kumarpara. 2.

Perused the order dated 03.07.2019 Annexure P-2 whereby the petitioner has been relieved from middle school, Nagarnar to join Middle School Kumarpara. Annexure P-3 dated 10.07.2019 would show that the original place of posting of the petitioner is Middle School Kumarpara where the petitioner is actually working. Therefore, it appears that some apparent mistake has crept in Annexure P-2. In view of this, the petitioner is directed to make representation with all necessary documents to the Grievance Reddressal Committee within a period of 15 days from today and the said Committee may further consider and decide the same within a further period of 45 days. In the meanwhile, the order dated 03.07.2019 so far as it relates to the petitioner which appears to be wrong on facts may not be given effect to.

3.

With the above observations, this writ petitions stands finally disposed of. Sd/- (GOUTAM BHADURI) JUDGE Rao
