1. At the outset, counsel appearing for petitioners prays for disposal of the writ petition permitting the petitioners to move an appropriate representation to the respondents 2 & 3 in respect of the recruitment process for the post of Paricharak (Line) by advertisement dated 12.09.2021 amended on 04.09.2021.
2. Counsel for the petitioners submits that the grievance of petitioner is in respect of the marks awarded towards the experience of petitioners and therefore they intend to make a representation in this regard to the authorities concerned.
3. Given the limited grievance that the petitioners have, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of permitting the petitioners to make an appropriate representation to the respondents 2 & 3 within a period of 2 weeks from today. On such representation being made by the petitioners, the respondents 2 & 3 shall take an appropriate decision on the same in accordance with the rules and regulations
and the guidelines governing the field of recruitment to the post of Paricharak at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of submission of the representation by the petitioners.
