Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner has preferred this writ petition seeking direction to the

-2respondents to consider his case for promotion to the post of Head Master, Middle School with all consequential benefits including pay scale and seniority from the date when his junior has been promoted i.e. from 27.04.2015.

3. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction that the petitioner shall submit documents sought for by the Assistant Commissioner, Tribal Development Department, Bilaspur along with a representation, within a period of one month from today. On submission of such representation, respondent No.3 shall consider and decide his representation by a speaking order as early as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of submission of representation.

4. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits of the case and authority concerned would be at liberty to decide the same in accordance with law.
