Hon'ble Shri Justice Sharad Kumar Gupta Order On Board 27.10.2020

1. Considered the letter of request dated 06.10.2020 written by Judicial Magistrate First Class, Durg seeking extension of time for conclusion of the trial.

2. Earlier on 04.02.2020 while dealing the bail application of applicant Rajesh Sahu, this Court directed the trial Court to dispose of the case within a period of 6 months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

3. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, trial Court is directed to dispose of the case as soon as possible preferably within a period of 4 months after resuming the regular work of the Court.

4. The matter disposed of accordingly.
