2. This writ petition has been preferred against the order / recommendation dated 21-6-2017.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that lease of the petitioner has been cancelled without issuing notice to him.
4. Learned State counsel, on instructions, submits that only recommendation has been made by the Sub-Divisional Officer (Revenue) to the Collector and in case lease is liable to be cancelled, the petitioner will be afforded opportunity of hearing.
5. In view of the above statement, the writ petition is disposed of and the
statement of the State counsel is taken on record. In case lease is liable to be cancelled, the petitioner will be heard. No order as to cost(s).
