1. Heard.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is a Gram Panchayat which has carried out certain construction of C.C. Road and development work as per the instruction of the Janpad Panchayat, Basna. He would further submit that the work order was issued on 24.06.2019 (Annexure P-3) and the advance of Rs.50,000/- was paid, thereafter, after completion of

the work, the rest of the amount has not been disbursed. He would further submit that under these circumstances he has made the representation (Annexure P-7) before the respondent No.2, who has the authority to sanction the rest of the amount and the respondent No.2 may be directed to decide the representation.

3. Considering the entire facts & circumstances of the case, since the petitioner has made the representation before the respondent No.2 for release of the rest of the amount, the respondent No.2 is directed to decide the same within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
