may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to challenge the order dated 12.01.2015 before the appropriate authority. (3) Liberty is granted, as prayed for.

(4) Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as aforesaid.

(5) Copy of order dated 12.01.2015 be served to the petitioner by the Counsel for the State.
