By way of this CrMP, the petitioner has questioned the order dated 3.7.2018 passed by the Special Judge (NDPS Act), Bemetara in NDPS Case No.2/2016 by which the application filed by the petitioner for interim custody of the vehicle has been rejected. 3.

According to office report, the trial has already been concluded by the Special Judge (NDPS Act), Bemetara on 05.12.2018, as such, this petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the present CrMP is dismissed as having become infructuous.
