1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of anticipatory bail, as he apprehends his arrest in connection with Crime No.69/2019, registered at Police Station Kotraraod District Raigarh C.G. for offence punishable under Sections 363, 366, 368, 34 of the I.P.C.

2. On going through the bail application, it is manifest that the same is not duly constituted.
