The only grievance raised in this petition is that Annexure-P/9 attached with the writ petition was not taken into consideration while passing the order dated 26.8.2016. The order was passed orally in the Court in the presence of Counsel and all arguments addressed by the Counsel at that stage were noted and duly dealt with in the order.

Merely because the Counsel has been changed, the party cannot raise a point in the review petition which was not argued in the writ petition. 3.

Therefore, I find no error apparent on the face of the record. Hence, review petition is dismissed.
