(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's husband died in harness on 23.01.2015 while working as Multi Purpose Worker at Community Health Centre, Sonhat, District Koriya. The petitioner has made an application for compassionate appointment which is pending consideration before the competent authority since 04.06.2015 and as the same has not been considered

and decided till this date in accordance with law by the competent authority and, therefore, a direction may be issued to the competent authority to decide the same expeditiously.

(3) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(4) Be that as it may, respondents No.1 & 2 are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner for compassionate appointment in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and take decision in that regard. The petitioner is at liberty to make additional representation to the respondents No.1 & 2 for redressal of her grievances within a period of two weeks from today. (5) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
