1. Though this petition is listed for orders on application for condonation of delay in filing revision, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner only prays for a direction for expeditious disposal of the proceedings pending before the Family Court.

2. It is found that though respondent No.1 moved an application for grant of maintenance under Section 125 Cr.P.C. on 10.10.2013, however, the same has remained pending even after lapse of more than three years.

3. The application for grant of maintenance under Section 125 Cr.P.C. are summary proceedings meant to provide maintenance. Such applications are required to be decided expeditiously within a reasonable time. Considering that

-2the application has remained pending before the Family Court for last more than three years, the Family Court, Durg is directed to expeditiously conclude the proceedings without any further delay, within a maximum period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The family Court shall send due information to the Registry of the Court after three months regarding conclusion of proceedings.
