The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order of transfer dated 15.07.2014 transferring the petitioner from Patwari Halka No. 20 Tehsil Navagarh, District Janjgri Champa to Tehsil Chhuikhadan, District Rajnandgaon and also ordered whereby the representation of the petitioner has been rejected.

The petitioner had obtained an interim order granted by this Court on 06.05.2015. By virtue of which, he continues to work at the same place.

By efflux of time, the grievance of the petitioner has become infructuous and it is ordered that the respondents shall not act upon the impugned order of transfer dated 15.07.2014 any further so far as the petitioner is concerned. However, right of the respondents stands reserved to pass a fresh order in case administrative exigency so requires. 4.
The writ petition is accordingly disposed off as having become infructuous.
