After the matter was heard for sometime, learned Counsel for the Appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this appeal with liberty reserved to the Appellant to approach the department concerned for appointing him against the post of Driver.

If the Respondent-Department appoints the Appellant against the post of Driver without affecting Respondent No. 4, there can be no objection to the same. However, the appointment must be made as per the law and the recruitment rules.
