1. The applicant has preferred the second bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C., as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 469/2019, registered at Police Station - Surajpur, District- Surajpur (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201, 120 (B) r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

2. The first bail application was dismissed on merits on 20-07-2021 in MCRC No.2586/2021.

3. Learned counsel for the applicant seek permission of the Court to withdraw the bail application.

4. Permission granted.
