1. Aggrieved by the action on the part of the respondents in not selecting the petitioner as an eligible candidate for Lab Assistant (Chemistry), the present writ petition has been filed.
2. Perusal of the record would show that the petitioner has produced an experience certificate on the basis of which he is claiming his appointment. The experience certificate would show that the experience which the petitioner has is for the period between 02.02.2018 to 20.03.2020 as a Lab Technician at the Lakshya English Medium School, Kargipali.
3. Perusal of record would show that the petitioner has infact cleared his 10th Class examination only in March, 2017 and 12th Examination only in March, 2019. However, his experience certificate would show that the petitioner came in employment as a Lab Technician even much before his clearing 12th Examination, which in other word means that immediately on
-2clearing the 10th Examination the petitioner came in employment as a Lab Technician at the Lakshya English Medium School. Moreover, prima facie this court is also of the view that the subject on which the petitioner has cleared his 10th Examination also is not sufficient by which the petitioner could had been appointed as a Lab Technician.
4. For the said reason alone this court is of the opinion that no strong case is made out by the petitioner calling for an interference with the impugned action on the part of the respondents.
5. The Writ Petition fails and accordingly stands rejected. Sd/- (P. Sam Koshy) Judge inder
