Mr.Gary Mukhopadhyay, learned Deputy Government Advocate appearing for the respondents/State would submit that order of termination passed by the Sub Divisional Officer (R.), Gariyaband is appealable under the Chhattisgarh Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1966. 2.
Mr.Abhishek Pandey, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, would submit that the petitioner may be allowed to prefer an appeal before the Appellate Authority. 3.
Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

The petitioner is allowed to prefer an appeal before the Appellate Authority. If the petitioner prefers an appeal within 10 days from today, the Appellate Authority would do
well and dispose of the same expeditiously and if the application for interim relief is filed, the Appellate Authority is obliged to consider the application expeditiously. 5.
