2. The petitioner is seeking restoration of WPS No. 5287 of 2009, which was dismissed by this Court for non compliance of the Court order dated 09.08.2021, in which peremptory order has been passed.

3. On due consideration and for the reasons mentioned in the restoration application, the instant MCC is allowed and WPS No. 5287/2009 is restored to its original number and the peremptory order passed in WPS No.5287/2009 be complied with on or before 8th of November, 2021.
