This is an application for restoration of WPS No.5025/2011, which was dismissed for non compliance of the Court order dated 09.08.2021, in which fresh notice was issued to respondent No.5 therein and PF was directed to be paid within 7 days from 09.08.2021, but the same has not been paid within the said period.

Issue fresh notice to respondent No.5 in the writ petition.

Mr. A. K. Kesharwani, learned counsel who has also appeared for the respondent SECL in the writ petition, is present in the Court and he is directed to accept notice for the respondent No.5 therein, therefore, PF is not required.

Heard on restoration application.

Considering the submission of learned counsel

for the applicant and for the reasons/grounds projected in the MCC, the MCC is allowed and WPS No.5025/2011 is restored to its original number for hearing and disposal in accordance with law.
