1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order Annexure P-1 dated 07.10.2020 (Annexure P-1) passed by the respondent no. 2; whereby the petitioner has been posted from the Regional Forest OfficeMachkote, Division: Bastar to the Social Forestry Division- Jagdalpur, District: Jagdalpur (C.G.) on administrative ground.

2. Perusal of the record would show that the petitioner is at the present

-2place of posting since 09.01.2018 itself.

3. Given the said facts, particularly the distance between the two place of posting, this Court does not find any strong case made out by the petitioner calling for an interference with the impugned order. The petitioner would be at liberty to approach the authorities on administrative side for ventilating his grievance.

4. With the aforesaid direction, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
