(2) This is the third bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.60/2016, registered at Police Station Sheorinarayan, for the offence punishable under Sections 306, 451, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
(3) The first and second bail applications of the applicant were dismissed on merit by order of this Court dated 25.04.2016 & 03.08.2016 passed in M.Cr.C. No.2117/2016 & M.Cr.C. No.4784/2016, respectively.
(4) After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, I do not consider it is a fit case to entertain the third bail application. Consequently, the third bail application is rejected. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible.
