This is the second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.54/2016 registered at Police Station- Lalpur, Mungeli, District Mungeli (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 419, 420 of Indian Penal Code. The first bail application was dismissed on merit on 21.06.2016 in MCRC No 2966 of 2016.

Learned counsel for the applicant is unable to state that what is the change of circumstances to reconsider the instant second bail application. Consequently, I am not inclined to entertain this second bail application.

Accordingly, the second bail application is dismissed at the admission stage itself. However, the Trial Court is requested to expedite the trial.
